Description
We are Ariane and Cédric, a small family with two children dedicated to this project. Our goal is to combine permaculture, ecotourism, and sustainable living in a natural setting near Cochabamba. We are looking for Workaway volunteers passionate about organic farming, natural building, responsible tourism, or simply about having a meaningful experience in nature. We don't have any employees. It's just the two of us taking care of guests, accommodations, the garden, the vegetable patch, the kitchen, the children, and the house. That's why we are asking for and need your help. Buscamos voluntarios Workaway apasionados por la agricultura ecológica o simplemente por vivir una experiencia significativa en contacto con la naturaleza. No tenemos empleados. Volunteers mainly help with the maintenance and improvement of the space: cleaning and maintaining the land, taking care of the garden, construction, repair and improvement of existing structures, as well as other manual tasks necessary to maintain and develop the project.
It is important to keep in mind that this is mainly physical and hands-on work. We are not looking for people who are only interested in planting or harvesting, as these activities represent only a small part of the work depending on the time of year. Many of the tasks require physical effort, such as cleaning, sweeping, cutting, moving materials, preparing the soil, building or repairing.
People with experience or ideas related to permaculture are welcome and can share their knowledge, but no previous experience is required. What matters most is having a good attitude towards working, learning and contributing independently.
En Mya Esencia, nuestro voluntariado está enfocado en el trabajo práctico y el aprendizaje a través de la experiencia.
Los voluntarios colaboran principalmente en tareas de mantenimiento y mejora del espacio: limpieza y mantenimiento del terreno, cuidado del huerto, construcción, reparación y mejora de estructuras existentes, así como otras tareas manuales necesarias para mantener y desarrollar el proyecto.
Es importante tener en cuenta que se trata principalmente de trabajo físico y manual. No buscamos personas únicamente interesadas en sembrar o cosechar, ya que estas actividades representan solo una pequeña parte del trabajo según la época del año. Gran parte de las tareas requieren esfuerzo físico, como limpiar, barrer, cortar, mover materiales, preparar la tierra, construir o reparar.
Las personas con experiencia o ideas relacionadas con la permacultura son bienvenidas y pueden aportar sus conocimientos, pero no es necesario tener experiencia previa. Lo más importante es tener buena disposición para trabajar, aprender y colaborar de manera autónoma. -
Help
We are looking for Workaway volunteers passionate about organic farming and permaculture garden management, responsible tourism and ecotourism space management, bioconstruction and sustainable techniques, who want to live an authentic experience in contact with nature.
Schedule: (work days only)
• Be ready to work: 9:00–9:30.
• Flexible working hours.
* We provide breakfast for 4 hours of work and lunch for 6 hours of work.
* We provide the food needed to prepare the breakfast and/or lunch corresponding to the hours worked.
* Each volunteer prepares their own meals independently, together with the other volunteers, in the kitchen of the apartment reserved exclusively for volunteers.

Buscamos voluntarios apasionados por la agricultura ecológica y el manejo de huertos en permacultura. Viviendo una experiencia auténtica y enriquecedora en contacto directo con la naturaleza.
• Estar listo para trabajar: 9h00 a 9h30.
• Horarios de trabajo flexibles.
- Ofrecemos el desayuno para 4 horas de trabajo y el almuerzo para 6 horas de trabajo.
- Proporcionamos los alimentos necesarios para preparar el desayuno y/o el almuerzo correspondiente a las horas trabajadas.
- Cada voluntario prepara sus propias comidas de manera autónoma, junto con los demás voluntarios, en la cocina del apartamento destinado exclusivamente a los voluntarios. -

We offer a private and comfortable apartment.

- Shared kitchen: Equipped with the essentials for preparing meals, although main meals are shared as a team in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Private bathroom: Exclusively for volunteers.
- Outdoor patio: A beautiful and peaceful space to relax, socialize, enjoy the fresh air, and have barbecues.

Aunque no contamos con infraestructura específica para oficinas, nuestro espacio es perfecto para quienes buscan inspiración, conexión con la naturaleza y un ritmo de vida más pausado. Puedes instalarte con tu equipo en zonas sombreadas, disfrutar del wifi y recargar energías en un ambiente sereno!

Para acampadores y caravanistas ofrecemos un espacios amplios bajo los árboles para instalar tu carpa o pequeño vehículo (furgonetas, camper pequeñas). Baño con ducha caliente, cocina equipada y zona de parrilla y horno a pizza para disfrutar de tus comidas al aire libre. Rodeado de pájaros, senderos y cascadas cercanas, ideal para desconectar y explorar.
