  • Description

The overall project is to continue the conversion of a 110ft japanese vessel into a massive floating community, in order to be able to sail the world with as many cool people as possible ! (For now we can seep 14, but we wanna reach 30 beds before we go to Fidji/Samoa).

We are a very open-minded, inclusive, diverse & outgoing social-bunch, so what we would like is for someone to be part of our little family, even if it's just for a short while.
We sit down for meals together everyday, and after dinners, we usually play games or watch movies.

The ideal candidate would like the outdoors, willing to work hard, and play hard too!
You would be expected to contribute 4 to 5 hours a day, but during downtimes, you can paddleboard, kayak, jump in the ocean or lay in the sun.
Accomodation and food is of course provided for free, and a little donation would be asked in order to cover the fuel cost of generator (price depending on the nb of ppl on board).

    Ahoy, fellow pirates !

We are now recruiting for 5 to 6 more people to join our crew starting ASAP on our massive 110ft converted Japanese steel vessel, based in Auckland, NZ.

Here are the jobs we need :
    - 3 people would focus on general improvement of the outside of the boat (painting, derusting, small maintenance)
    - 1 person having building skills, or at least being at ease using strong power tools safely, would help making structural changes
    - 1 person would help the current team to make sure the boat stays tidy and clean, and ensure people are happy and fed :D
    - (bonus) having one marine engineer, or somebody qualified to operate diesele engines maintenance would be AWESOME !
