Description
This is a community space where women (and children) can camp out or visit and feel completely comfortable, safe, relaxed and authentically themselves. Located in a picturesque river valley 30 minutes from Riding Mountain National Park, surrounded by rolling hills, ponds, lakes, patches of forest, wildlife, fields of bright yellow canola crops and other farmlands, as well as Indigenous Reserves and historic settlement sites.
WorkAwayers will help with landscaping, transplanting, gardening, or various construction projects of communal structures for hosting events and gatherings.Types of help and learning opportunities

Yes to use of house for water, electricity, wifi, kitchen, shower, toilet and possibly stay in house in cold weather. Depends on how good company you are :) Hey, you're welcome to build a guest cabin!
Food - it is hoped that you like cooking too! When there is work to be done, meals shall be provided to fuel the efforts. You'll need to bring or buy some food. Sometimes you'll receive breakfast, other times lunch or supper.

You're out in the boonies out here, however, there is a store that sells fresh produce a 5 minute walk away. There is no public transportation around here, but with a car, Riding Mountain National Park is only 30 minutes away, as well as numerous official Historic Sites and local museums that are worth exploring.A little more information
