Host Family & Language Exchange Opportunity in Alicante, Spain.
Looking for a female native English speaker (ideally with teaching experience) for a cultural exchange between January and May (minimum 1-month stay).
I am a Spanish teacher (59-year-old) preparing for my C2 English exam. In exchange for 1 hour of daily English conversation, six days a week, I am offering a private room in my seafront apartment in sunny Alicante, Wi-Fi plus local guidance around the city, markets, and seasonal festivities.
Seeking a friendly, patient guest who is respectful of Spanish culture and Catholic traditions. English would be the language of communication at home. Before confirming, we’ll do a video call to ensure it’s a good fit for both of us!

I would appreciate regular English conversation and occasional constructive feedback on my spoken English. English would be our language of communication at home. Ideally, I would hope to spend around one hour a day, six days a week, having structured or informal conversations in English, although I would be happy to agree on a routine that suits us both.
