We’re a relaxed, easygoing couple heading away for a few months and looking for a reliable, hands-on couple to look after our home while we’re gone. The house is in a prime coastal spot in Devonport, with stunning, uninterrupted water views—honestly one of those places you don’t get sick of looking at. It’s a peaceful, high-quality home and a pretty special base if you enjoy being near the ocean.
The main focus while we’re away is helping bring the garden and outdoor areas up to scratch ahead of us putting the property on the market early next year. It’s not out of control, but it does need some solid TLC—low level garden landscaping, general tidying, pruning, mowing, and just making everything look sharp and well-kept. In return, you’ll have the whole place to yourselves in an incredible location with spectacular ocean views.
We’re looking for a trustworthy, proactive couple who take pride in what they do—people who’ll treat the place like their own and enjoy the lifestyle that comes with it.
