At the hostel & dance school. We like to offer life experiences focused on making friends and learning how to connect with the Dancing Language. We also like to promote cultural exchanges.
At our hostel you will have the privilege to be very close to the most famous dancing places from the capital of salsa. Also to some of the most iconic and historic places from our city.
Not only we have dancing clases , but we also like to go out with the guest and volunteers to have a real dancing experience.
Our Hostel is big, so we have a big and amazing team of ( Locally paid staff members )

At the hostel we like to promote cultural experiences also experiences related to learning how to dance and how to connect with the community of the capital of Salsa and most recently Bachata. We are also offering Coffee and nature experiences.
We like to create and environment for people to spend some quality time both inside and outside the hostel.

*Cleaning
For cleaning it is mostly for communal areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms , also the halways, staris, taking out the trash. to apply for this position you don't need to have any experiences , just a great and proactive attitude. Minimum stay 2 weeks.

*Digital Marketing
The idea is to take and edit videos and create content to post in social media about the hostel and our activities, On Instagram, TikTok , YouTube. For this position you need to have proven experience in this topic, to apply for this position please send beforehand links to your work on this field (Instagram accounts, websites, other links ) Minimum stay for this position is 3 weeks.

*Dance lessons promoter:
Primary objetive is to promote the private and group dancing lessons offered at the hostel, and for travelers in Colombia.
That is to be a brand ambassador
Second Objective, Create stories on social media about the daily activities at the hostel and the Dance School , and lifestyle in Cali being dancing the big protagonist.

We offer a bed in a share dorm, group dancing courses (Salsa , Bachata) *not lady style, and the opportunity to use all the communal areas.

Our people like to go out and dance a lot and also to practice what they have learned at social events.
We also like to spend time organizing group activities.
Even when we like to celebrate life and dancing , we also like to find a equilibrium and to keep order inside the hostel. For this reason the communal areas close at 11:00 PM. It is not allowed to use the communal areas after this hour.
It is not allowed to smoke marijuana either.
