    Description

hello adventurous travellers, I live on a community in the Hinterland of Byron Bay, 25 minutes by car to beautiful beaches, close by to lush rainforest. We always have gardening projects on the go, I have hosted wwoofers and backpackers for 17 years and love the interchange, both learning, sharing. This place is for those who love nature, get your hands dirty, learn new skills or come and share your own skills. We are into yoga, healthy eating, caring for the land. Sometimes the work is land care, other times, food gardens, other times general house maintenance. We are away from town, quiet, great place to go for long walks, chill out, watch wildlife....wallabies, birds, goannas, echidnas, and the occasional snake and spiders too! We're keen to have open minded, non-smoking, motivated, and enthusiastic travellers.

We are fairly alternative and nothing fancy. The highlight of this place is it's proximity to the forest and stunning coastline. Occasionally I will be teaching yoga or facilitating workshops for women.

Gardening in all it's many aspects depending on time of year. Weeding, fencing, planting, mulching, fertilising (organic) Some basic household maintenance might include painting, carpentry(if you are skilled), timber finisihing, cleaning. A can do attitude will go a long way!
