    Description

I am Viv, a 52 yo mother of two (son 24 who lives away and daughter 22) married to Ian, a motor mechanic and jack of many trades 54 yrs old. I work as a receptionist with a medical clinic part time, my husband also works part time. We are owner builders, but nearly finished. We live on 47 acres where we have several domestic and a handful of farm animals. I have done some travelling in Europe and my family enjoy interests such as, music & theatre, film, playing instruments and singing, learning languages, animal husbandry, solar living, growing predominantly organic meat, old engines, reading, horse riding, motorbikes, and attempting to reduce our environmental impact. At times, when we holiday, we need animal sitters who will care for our animals as we do. my mum (75 yo) enjoys meeting new people and she has her own house 10 minutes away. We have a spare room and queen bed for people to stay in with shared facilities and food in exchange for help. AT times we need people with building skills (wood) but not always. We laugh a lot and enjoy meeting new people. A love of dogs, horses and responsibility is very very important.
