Description
Hi, I am Agnes and I live with my daughter (16), my son (13) and a bunny in Chirnside Park, close to some tourist attractions such as Yarra Valley and Mt Dandenong. I am a single, working mum. I run cooking classes and some workshops as well.

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
We are very familiar with this area so I can take you out for some sightseeing and enjoy local food. I am also very passionate in cooking. Happy to teach you cooking Japanese, Chinese or western dishes and even baking or making cakes. I have studied commercial cooking and patisserie courses before.
I speak fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin and also a little Japanese. If you can speak Japanese I would love to practice and improve this language skill with you. I have extensive travel experiences and I have been working in Australia for many years. If you want to know more about working or migrating to Australia I am more than happy to share these information with you.
I am also a life coach and my passion is to inspire and empower others in achieving their goals. If you are good at video editing, social media or writing I have a few projects that I have started but really need help with as well.
I like hosting dinner at home with friends so very likely you can enjoy some good food and wine with us if you are free. We are Christians and most of our friends are as well. We respect other religions.
Work hours will be 4 hours a day, 5 days per week. Depending on my schedule your work hours might differ however if you have a specific day to go somewhere I will try my best to work it out for you to enjoy your day. My home is very close to a shopping centre and my cooking studio is very close to Croydon station and many good cafes. -

Help
I am looking for help around the house and with some of my projects. Once a month, I host a cooking class at home, and other times I work on my social media and workshops. We have a small backyard which requires mowing once a fortnight. If you like gardening, you can make my backyard more beautiful. Both my children are in high school and they pretty much like to do their own things as typical teenagers. As my daughter is busy with her studies, it will be helpful to get some help looking after her bunny.
I like to host a workawayer for 2 weeks in general. Female, non-smokers only.
(*There is a chance that we can welcome a young male workawayer to spend more time with my son during the summer holiday). -

Accommodation
My house has an open study area with a single sofa bed for workawayers. There is a divider/screen so when there is a workawayer staying you can have more privacy with the divider. We have a spare toilet but you need to share the bathroom with my children.

What else ...
There is a common swimming pool that you can use. A local shopping centre is within 5 minutes walk. Popular sightseeing places like Yarra Valley wineries and Mount Dandenong are close by. There are some trails nearby that you can take a walk. Taking a train to Melbourne city centre is about 50 mins. There are many buses as well so it is very convenient.
