    Surf - canoe - sail - boating - swim - cycle - bush walks - whale watching - lots of Cafes.
    #### Whale watching season just started

    JULY we can take 1-2 people or a couple

    AUGUST/SEPTEMBER We will have a break
    Once we know what we are doing I will update this page.

    Prefer experience in painting, and can climb ladders, possibly some basic gyprocking skills would be handy. Block laying. We have over 36 projects so will be able to work out a fit.

    ALL food is provided and we will regularly take you to free restaurants and cafes.

    Also FREE wifi.


    WHERE WE LIVE?
    ~HALEKULANI (Central Coast): we have a resort style house with three backpacker bedrooms with single or queen size beds: a heated pool at the house, close to open beaches, tennis/basketball/soccer court in the backyard, lots of local bike tracks and lots of walks. 3km to beach.



    OUR INTEREST INCLUDE LOW COST DISABLED HOUSING.
    We run a number of mainly low cost houses for disabled, homeless and poor people. We run one house not for disabled people with the rent from this house used to fund the disabled houses.

    Your work will help us to keep our costs down - we want to provide homes not just houses.
    (We have just built our first home designed for the NDIS disabled) currently we provide housing for up to 40 people.

    WHEN WE WORK?
    Normally will spend 3-4 full days working and 3-4 days a week free.
    Weekends off normally.
    Up to 24hrs a week Maximum.

    Sometimes we do a lot of 1/2 day working and 1/2 day off

    TASKS
    1. Painting: including a Two storey house, this will mean going up ladders.
    2. Moving soil
    3. Building a block wall
    4. Weeding and planting

    WHO WE ARE?
    My wife is a part time church pastoral care worker (Sunday-Wednesday)
    I am semi-retired. I do a lot of volunteer work

    We can also cater for vegetarians and any special food needs.
    PS my wife is an amazing cook.

    WHAT YOU CAN DO?
    I have lots of bikes and surf gear and swim/surf every day. Plus a sail boat and a normal boat.
    We are surrounded by great walks,
    Lots to see and do.

    We have had 78 workaway style workers and love entertaining. We love entertaining!
