    Description

Strictly speaking, we are not looking for workawayers. If you read on anyway, you might discover the opportunity of your lifetime.

We have a non-profit farm where many different animals live. All of these animals came to us in different ways and now they are our family. Each one with its own story and personalty. We keep horses that were discarded from riding schools because they were no longer fully usable, half blind, bred for meat production from the outset or whose owners were too sick to continue caring for them. Mini pigs that used to live in a garage and had to leave when one became pregnant. Geese that would actually have ended up on the Christmas table last year. Sheep brought into barn instead of traveling to the slaughterhouse with the rest of your flock. Cats that didn't have a home. And a sheepdog who was afraid of sheep.

Caring for all of these on a daily basis is a challenge. This cannot be achieved without passion and love for animals. Do you have these too? And can you really tackle it?

We are looking for a person who would like to live with us on the farm permanently and take care of the animals in order to give us some freedom for our work and research. On the one hand, you really have to enjoy the work, and on the other hand, there has to be a good personal relationship between all of us, because harmonious cooperation, trust and reliability are important to us.

We think Workaway can be a great way to get to know each other! If you're currently moving through the world and looking for meaning and a place for yourself, try it out here. We can get to know each other during an internship and maybe you are exactly the person we are looking for and a permanent place will be created for you here.

If you use workaway for a while during the holidays and then want to return to your old job orstudies, please use one of the many other great options here on the platform. We wish you a great time.

Feel free to contact us for the details.
