Home repairs:
I'm looking for someone to install a wood pergolla in my patio and create a wood bench . There is also small works around the house like changing light fixtures, hanging mirrors, hanging outdoor lights , etc. Someone with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Dog Trainer Needed:
I have two dogs, and I'm seeking an experienced dog trainer to improve their behavior, particularly when interacting with other dogs and during walks. My larger dog weighs nearly 44 kilos, so experience with large breeds is a must. They tend to pull and run on walks, and I need someone skilled in leash training and obedience. The dogs should be trained separately, and walks need to happen before 10 a.m. to ensure they get their bathroom break before the heat of the day—especially important for my Alaskan. A second walk in the evening around sunset is necessary as well. Please, only apply if you have proven experience in dog training.
Personal Chef Wanted:
I’m juggling a busy schedule and could use some help in the kitchen. I want to eat more wholesome, energizing meals that are rich in veggies and nutritious foods while keeping an eye on my macros. I lift weights, so I need meals that support my training and recovery. There’s a washer and dryer available for use, but you’ll need to provide your own laundry detergent. Please note that food is NOT provided, but you’ll have access to kitchen utensils, as well as salt and pepper ONLY. All other condiments and ingredients are your responsibility. High-speed Wi-Fi is available

I live with two friendly dogs inside the house. There’s a bus stop right outside, which takes you directly to the nearest metro station, Taxqueña. A supermarket is just a short walk away, along with several convenience stores for your everyday needs. Plus, every Thursday, there’s a vibrant street market just a few blocks from home – perfect for fresh produce
