    Hola!

I live in a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located in a peaceful gated community, and I'm looking for a skilled and reliable person to help with a few exciting projects around the house.

Personal Chef Services: I’m often busy with a full schedule and could really use someone to help prepare healthy, delicious meals for me—think of it like creating like a chef! If you love cooking and have a knack for preparing great meals, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Project Details: I’m working on a smalll fixer-upper project and could really use some extra hands! If you have general house maintenance skills, this could be a great fit. It’s a simple proyect, and I’d love to work with someone who can bring a bit of expertise to make it shine.

Dog Training Opportunity: I have two lovable dogs who live indoors, and I’m looking for a dog trainer to help me with their training and their daily walks. If you’re experienced in working with dogs and have a passion for training, I’d love to meet you!

Flexibility and Expectations: I’m flexible with the hours, though I do prefer that the work is done while I’m at home. Please note, I ask that there be no smoking inside the house, that you shower every day, a drug-free and respectful environment. If partying is your thing, please keep it outside the house and dont come back home drunk.

    Home repairs:
I'm looking for someone to install a wood pergolla in my patio and create a wood bench . There is also small works around the house like changing light fixtures, hanging mirrors, hanging outdoor lights , etc. Someone with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

    Dog training help:
I have two dogs, and I'm seeking a dog trainer to improve their behavior, particularly when interacting with other dogs and during walks. My larger dog weighs nearly 44 kilos, so experience with large breeds is a must. They tend to pull and run on walks, and I need someone skilled in leash training and obedience. The dogs should be trained separately, and walks need to happen before 10 a.m. to ensure they get their bathroom break before the heat of the day—especially important for my Alaskan. A second walk in the evening around sunset is necessary as well. Please, only apply if you have proven experience in dog training.

    Cooking help needed:
I’m juggling a busy schedule and could use some help in the kitchen. I want to eat more wholesome, energizing meals that are rich in veggies and nutritious foods while keeping an eye on my macros. I lift weights, so I need meals that support my training and recovery. I also have some food sensitivities, so someone who is attentive to dietary restrictions and can customize meals accordingly would be ideal.
