We live on a farm on the West Wales coast. In April we will need someone to help us prepare our vegetable garden and plant all the seeds. Accommodation is a very nice shared flat on the farmyard. We are one mile from the bus stop at Aberarth, and three miles from Aberaeron, lifts are offered into town when we go.
Help around the house
Volunteers can learn about horses, gardening and the Welsh way of life and culture.
We need volunteers to help with the horses, home vegetable garden and around the house.
They stay for one, two or three weeks. The accommodation is situated on the farm yard. Cereals, milk, bread, tea/coffee provided for breakfast. At 1pm a fully cooked lunch is provided, with meat for meat eaters and a vegetarian option for vegetarians, pudding is included for students/volunteers to eat in their flat. In the evening basic vegetables, pasta, bread is available for the students/volunteers to make their own food. We would ask volunteers who come to be vaccinated, we both are.
