Description
Our surf camp is in Vila Nova de Milfontes in Alentejo region, on Portugal SW Coast, which is conveniently located approximately 180kms from both airports of Lisbon and Faro.
The town is located in the most untouched area of the Natural Park , where the beaches are perfect to enjoy your time, good waves and to improve your surfing technique.
The town is small, but very beautiful and cute: pay attention that we don't have a lot of bars, clubs and night life in general, but we offer pure nature, harmony and possibility to stop and to enjoy every moment and every wave!
From April until mid/end November we are looking for:
- Housework helpers (cooking, cleaning, shopping, doing check-ins & check-outs, SHARING GOOD VIBES WITH GUESTS);
- Surf instructors.

If you receiving fixed weekly payments we СAN'T offer you to join us for surfing FOR FREE, but you can buy one of our surf courses.

We are looking for the staff for the Surf camp:
- KEEN TO SURF!! It is really very important as we spend most of the time at the beach surfing - you will not enjoy our time together if you are not into it;
- English speaking;
- Flexible;
- Car driver;
- Confident with cooking & cleaning;
- Responsible, VERY social & friendly;
FOR SURF INSTRUCTORS:
We are glad to welcome person who just in the beginning of his way and WANTS to KNOW how to teach, but we want to see your dedication and desire to improve your teaching skills and ability to stay with us for the whole season (from April/May to November)!

Accommodation
Shared 2 bed dorm with other staff (not usually full) and all meals included.
PAYMENTS:
We offer fixed weekly payments depending on amount of working hours&days per week. An exact amount will be discussed privately with each person.
Volunteer CAN CHOOSE between two options: receive FIXED weekly payments and than buy surf course to be able to join us for surfing OR don't receive weekly payments but to be able to join surfing FOR FREE during his/her days-off.
FOOD:
You will have all meals incuded: we are serving breakfast every morning for our guests and the Team always joins, you can cook your lunch with all camp products and also we offer dinners for our guests and the Team joins as well.

We have a free parking area near to the house. Not a very big van can be parked there. BUT the territory around should be taken care about. No damage to the nature, no garbage around, no "free" toilet - everything clean and organized.
