.- The benefits of speaking Spanish with us, Gema is a certified native Spanish teacher.

.- You will also enjoy staying in a relaxed environment, only 40 minutes from Madrid (by public transport) and get to discover the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park located in the Guadarrama Range (an area of mountains with some of the region's most spectacular landscapes), between Madrid and Segovia. These mountains are an extraordinary refuge of biodiversity. Glacial Cirques and Lagoons, mountainous landscapes and huge pine groves make the area an attraction for the active tourism like hiking or winter sports.

.- In just over forty minutes you can reach the capital of Spain, Madrid, which is a cosmopolitan city that combines the most modern infrastructures and the status as an economic, financial, administrative and service centre, with a large cultural and artistic heritage, a legacy of centuries of exciting history.

.- You can easily enjoy wonderful day-trips and weekend getaways. By car or public transport, you can get to Moralzarzal’s beautiful surrounding towns like Avila (old surrounding wall from medieval times), Manzanares el Real (castle and large reservoir) Cercedilla (mountains great for hiking, biking, swimming (natural pool) and other adventure activities) Navacerrada (Ski resort, hiking...) El Escorial (monastery/palace complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is one of Spain's most visited landmarks), Segovia (Roman aqueduct) and much more.

.- The environment in our home is friendly and comfortable. We also love to cook both international and spanish food, enjoy a Paella or a BBQ dinner with friends and have nice conversations. You can also join us on organised eco-tourism excursions and cultural visits, mountain hikings etc. There is no time for boredom!
