We are a small nursery supplying local and national markets, farmers markets and high streets with vegetables. We are currently diversifying into a more holistic way of growing and self-sufficiency.
DIY and building projects
You will learn how to build, establish, maintain and improve a pepper crop in a growing environment. You will learn how to manage live animals such as bees as well as build and maintain their living environment. You will learn how to harvest food and vegetables in a hydroponic system.

We require help with our Sweet Pepper and tomato plants. The main duties will be crop work and fruit picking. There will also be some other duties to take care of such as cleaning/clearing old plants and establishing new crop areas.
We may also require help with our Honey Bees.
Your own caravan or room which sleeps two people, including a shared kitchen and shared bathrooms.
Close to a train station which has regular trains to the centre of London (30 min journey).
Also on the edge of Lea Valley Park, with Canals, Fields and Recreational Areas.
Local pub/restaurant 15 mins walk away and local town (Hoddesdon) 3km away.
Set next to Lea Valley Park and Epping Forest with wonderful hiking opportunities.
