Dates: 5 March to 14 March

I’m looking for a responsible petsitter to look after my two cats while I am away. Their names are Willy and Irene, and they are currently both almost 4 years old. Willy is playful, social, and very outgoing. Irene is a bit shy at first but very cuddly once she feels comfortable with you.

Irene has kidney issues, so she needs special food, and some medication must be mixed into her meals. She is regularly checked by the vet. In the unlikely event of an emergency, my mother will be able to come over and help you if needed.

My house is a city home in a great location. It is situated about 2 km from the heart of Ghent. It is close to supermarkets and a beautiful nature reserve. The house is easily reachable by bus from the train station and the main city squares. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

This housesit would be a great match for someone who loves cats and would like to explore Ghent and/or Belgium.

Ghent is a beautiful historic city with many sights. While staying at my place, you could explore the old town and visit local art museums if you're into that... You could also do some day trips by train (Bruges, Brussels, Antwerp...)

You will have a chance to explore Ghent and Belgium.
