    Description

This is an alpaca farm under development (started in May 2013). The property is 10 acres in size, with a growing number of alpaca, weaner calves, kune kune pigs, pony, chickens plus domestic animals. The fruit tree orchard and veg garden are both underway, and we have a family-focused lifestyle (children aged 14 and 9yrs) with homemade food. In our family, we speak English, French and German.

We need help to clear overgrown areas, remove thistles, trim hedges and maintain animal paddocks (we use natural farming methods, without sprays). During school vacations, our young daughter requires supervision and occasional entertainment.

Bombay is a small village located in South Auckland, just 4km from the SH1 motorway (which leads to the airport). The nearest local town is Pukekohe, which has a good selection of shops, plus a train station for access to central Auckland. There are some fantastic sightseeing areas nearby, including the Hunuas (hill ranges for walking), the Coromandel (beaches) and Rainbows End (amusement park).
