  You will meet the local people in the special place of Puerto Lopez, the house is a quiet place for special Internet Nomads, with a good WiFi and à beautiful Little Garden!

  Help

  I’m looking for a HOUSE SITTER, male or female, couples preferred during the time when I’m absent. Spanish speaking is a plus.
  
  The only work is that the plants need to be watered every 2 or 3 days. And that you will sleep every night in the house!
  The whole property is only 300m2.
  
  I’m looking ONLY !!! for the period in the month APRIL/ MAY 2019 6-8 weeks or OCTOBER/ NOVEMBER 2020 about 4 weeks. This is for every year in the same time, the other time the apartments are rent out and I’ve to be here. For this year I’ve already someone, thank you!

  Accommodation

  You will get your own apartment (with kitchen & bathroom) downstairs in a house with 3 apartments. You can use the garden with a table and chairs and also a hammock. The Pacific Ocean is only 80 m from the property with the most quiet beach in the town. The center of Puerto Lopéz is only 5 minutes by walking.
  
  The accommodation is free, but the food is not included, because I ask only watering the plants!

  Puerto Lopez is a famous fisher man village. Here you’ve the biggest fish market, many restaurants and bars, discotheque and Dive Centers, also you can enjoy a boat trip to Isla de la Plata (the “poor man’s Galapagos” called!)
  The is the Machalilla National Park with Agua Blanke, the archeology dig with a sulphur Pool and a museum, also Los Frailes, the most beautiful beaches are only 10 minutes from Puerto Lopéz.
  There is a bus terminal, where you’ve direct connections to Guayaquil (4h), Quito (9h), Montanita (1h) or Manta(2h), Jipijapa (1h) and more ...
  In Puerto Lopez are 4 ATM’s and a Pichincha Bank, Centro de Saludo and docteurs.
