We offer programs that fight poverty in different countries in Africa and Latin America. As part of the training of our programs we emphasize sustainability in many aspects of social development and human development.

As part of our sustainability work in campus we have a small organic farm and we recently acquired a 100' Hoop House. The help required will be related with garden work (maintenance, weeding, planting, transplanting, composting, watering, etc). As part of our organic garden we also have bees and we are also looking for someone who can help us to keep an eye on them.

We are an international community, participants to our programs come from the USA and other countries. Language training is part of the program as we travel to Brazil and Mozambique which are Portuguese speaking countries, many of our participants does not have a good level in Portuguese and even though we provide some language training we need someone to help us out with it. English training is also useful as to help our international volunteers improve their English skills as well.

As part of the last period of the program, our participants make a product that can vary in shape and form, many choose to produce a documentary or work with photography. We would like some help from professionals that want to jump into this projects, assist our participants with information, editing, teaching them about technology, etc.

We need volunteers helping us in these 3 areas, it can be one or the other or both!
As international community we offer a rich environment of culture exchange. We are a bunch of people training and learning about sustainable development and we are passionate about helping other people as well. We are building our humanitarian careers and we build community everyday. We are looking forward to meet people interested in our organization and in what we do!

At our property we have 2 buildings, one that is the building were the offices and classrooms are and the other which is a dormitory building. We all (participants to the programs and staff) live at the dormitory building and you would have a room there. The rooms are normally shared with one other person but depending on availability you might have a room by yourself. Two rooms share a bathroom.
We all eat together, so you will have access to three meals.
