I stayed for 1 week with this wonderful family. Dulia and Eduard are very nice couple and they treat me as one of the family. I learned a lot from them about Valencian culture. I was lucky to stay with them in the time of "las Fallas", the famous celebration in Valencia. They invited me to go the city and Eduard showed me the city. Also I wear the
… read more traditional Valencian clothes and went together to see the Mascletá which is one of the famous characterestics of the celebration.
Also I was lucky to get to know their sons and grandsons and it was a beautiful experience for me.
The house is very beautiful in a quit zone and it have a nice swimming pool. The work is very easy and the timsetable is very flexible. I painted some walls and I planted some rose plants.
Moreover, the traditional food that they do is very delicious especially the topical rice and "Fidua" diches.
I enjoyed alot the talks with them where I learned a lot and also I enjoyed watching movies with them. They have a nice movies and music collections which surprised mi a lot.
I tolally recommend it. Thank you very much Dulia and Eduard. And I wish to be in touch always.You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.

Dulia and Eduard are simply amazing people! I stayed with them for one week painting a wall and some forniture. The work was light and the company was awesome: Dulia and Eduard cooked really good meals for me and showed me the city of Valencia with a private tour. Eduard and Dulia were very kind and considerate hosts. They picked us up from the metro at the beginning and dropped us off at the train station at the end of our stay. We painted the bars around their windows and in return they provided us meals and a nice room. But more importantly and generously, they provided friendship and compassion. Dulia
… read more drove us to Valencia and the little town of L'Eliana as a favor and to show us around (we came with no car). Eduard and Dulia shared the cultural flavor of Valencia, literally! They cooked delicious true Valencian cuisine for us as well as taking us to hear music from the past 700 years played on traditional instruments at a local church. What started as a WorkAway, ultimately became a dear friendship! Dulia and Eduard have become our friends and we will always cherish our time with them .You can only contact Workawayers who have an active membership.
