  Hi!
  
  We are Chris and Victoria. We have a boutique surf farm stay project in the salty jungle of Playa Maderas, Nicaragua and currently building a natural pool and creative residency / retreat space starting January 2026.
  
  We are family operated Air BnB’s with three rental casitas, a green house, chickens, composting and lots more! We are not a hostel. Days are filled with surfing, gardening, doggies, construction repairs, welcoming guests, DIY projects and much more.
  
  We are always looking for easy going, open minded volunteers that are willing to be a part of a growing project and get their hands dirty in lots of different tasks.

  You will get to live a quiet easy life near the beach, an amazing community, free accommodation and understand what life is like in the salty beach village.

  Arbeit

  We are looking for:
  1. Someone to help greet guests, clean and turnover casitas, and do laundry
  2. The volunteer accommodation is a single, private casita with its own bathroom and a double bed. It is quite small so better for one person rather than two.
  3. Helping to care for three dogs
  4. Social Media, Photography & Marketing experience
  5. Minimum one month stay
  6. Be willing to help in different areas of the property (cleaning, repairs, gardening, laundry)
  7. Construction experience is a plus as we will start to build in January a central space for retreats and creative residencies.
  8. Gardening,’compost, planting
  9. Comfortable with occasionally being a nanny to a 2 year old
  
  We are happy to provide free accommodation for this and all utilities are included.

  Preferable: Can speak at least Spanish and English, familiar with living in developing countries, is handy on the tools or enjoys getting to know guests / helping to clean, knows a bit about gardening / permaculture but also has the desire to get their hands dirty in all things.

  Yes! We can absolutely host digital nomads. Our internet and space is designed for just this! We are looking specifically people who work in building however we can offer other kinds of opportunities to live in a beautiful house near the beach for an affordable price.
