Multilingual Content Creator (Spanish + Portuguese preferred)
Focus: Create engaging blog, email, social and video content for LATAM and global audiences. Work with the existing Social Media and Blog team.
Performance Marketing Data Manager / Analyst
Focus: Optimize ROI across channels with tracking, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Strategist
Focus: Own visibility in Google’s AI-generated results, featured snippets, and voice search. Run regular audits to advise and support optimised content or technical actions.
Head of Growth
Workaway is community first and has grown based on word of mouth and reputation. We are looking to expand further and this is a new and exciting position as part of that journey. Focus: Leads Workaway’s user and revenue growth by owning acquisition, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and monetisation strategy. Responsible for optimizing the full user funnel through data-driven decision making, managing CAC/LTV, and aligning growth initiatives across marketing, product, and lifecycle teams.
We are looking for:
- Seven plus years in growth marketing or product led growth roles. Experience running and building remote marketing, sales and growth teams.
- Experience scaling a marketplace consumer platform or SaaS
- Strong SEO and conversion optimisation background
- Experience with Affiliate marketing and community lead engagement
- Data driven experimental mindset
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Passion for travel community or global experiences is essential

Development
Web Developer
PHP developer based in the EU
We are extending our development team, and are looking for an experienced PHP web developer for a full time position.
We are looking for someone who:
- Have at least three years of programming experience in object oriented PHP in a professional project
- Are a EU resident
- Are preferably experienced in Javascript
- Know how to use version control (GIT)
- Are keen to learn new technologies
- Are a fan of modern web development and the Workaway idea
- Are fluent in English
Since stability and reliability communication and pair programming are very important parts of software development to us, it is essential that you are based in the EU long term.
