Welcome to our dynamic English language center located in the heart of Casablanca, Morocco’s most vibrant and international city. 🌍
We are a small-scale, community-focused initiative working closely with non-profit associations and local groups to support young people who want to improve their English and expand their global horizons, we believe in accessibility, but also in fair compensation — which is why some classes are offered on a paid basis to help fund local teachers and keep our project alive.
Our mission is to help students improve their English quickly through real-life conversation and cultural exchange. With a passionate and friendly team, we create a learning space that’s energetic, supportive, and meaningful — not just for students, but for volunteers too!
🌟 Your role as a volunteer:
You will not be replacing any paid staff. Instead, you'll simply be joining our students in informal, engaging English conversations, helping them gain confidence and discover the world through your stories.
We offer:
Short working hours (just 3 hours/day), giving you plenty of free time to explore Casablanca, from the buzzing markets of the old Medina to the seaside Corniche.
A supportive team, including the Director, three local teachers, and part-time staff in IT and bookkeeping.
Comfortable shared accommodation right in the center of Casablanca, walking distance from cafés, shops, transport, and local attractions.
As a native English speaker, your role will be to:
Facilitate fun, informal English conversations with small groups of enthusiastic learners.
Help students with pronunciation, confidence, and an understanding of real-world English (including slang and cultural nuances).
Bring your culture, stories, and personality into the classroom — it’s what makes the exchange so powerful.
Whether you’re a seasoned teacher, a curious traveler, or just passionate about communication and connection, Casablanca is waiting for you. Join us for an unforgettable experience full of discovery, diversity, and meaningful connections ✨Arten von Hilfe und Lernmöglichkeiten

Kultureller Austausch und Lernmöglichkeiten
Volunteering with us is much more than just a teaching experience — it’s a deep human and cultural journey 💫.
Morocco is an incredibly rich and diverse country, blending Arab, Berber, French, and African influences. Through your time here, you'll naturally absorb elements of these cultures by simply living, sharing, and exchanging with locals and students alike. Casablanca, our home city, is a dynamic and cosmopolitan hub that reflects all of Morocco’s cultural layers — from its traditional medinas to its modern cafes and seaside walkways.
💬 As a volunteer, you’ll receive free Arabic language support (3 hours per week) to help you navigate daily life and better connect with the locals — even just learning greetings and simple expressions creates beautiful human bridges.
🍽️ On the cultural side, we offer a traditional Moroccan breakfast every day, including specialties like msemen, Moroccan toast, local honey, chocolate spread, cookies, herbal teas, and Moroccan-style coffee & Lipton tea. Once a week, we treat you to a special homemade Moroccan dish, full of flavors and stories.
🏙️ We also organize a free guided tour of Casablanca, where we cover the cost of transportation, a local guide, and even share a meal during the outing. It's a lovely way to discover the heart of the city beyond the tourist paths.
🌿 The cultural immersion goes even deeper with our volunteer-friendly apartment, located right in the center of Casablanca, close to the Medina and all essentials. You’ll live in a clean and cozy shared studio with other kind volunteers — everything is provided: beds, pillows, sheets, hot showers, towels, storage space, cleaning products, and weekly housekeeping (twice a week, in fact!).
🎁 We love to make your stay memorable: every volunteer receives a certificate of appreciation and a small souvenir gift at the end of their mission — a token of our gratitude for your help and presence.
But beyond the food, tours, and lessons — the real exchange happens in the daily interactions, the smiles, the shared meals, the student laughter, and the small cultural discoveries that happen every single day.
If you're looking to connect on a human level, discover Moroccan authenticity, and leave with more than just pictures — you’ll feel right at home with us.Projekte mit Kindern

Arbeit
We warmly welcome fluent English speakers who are passionate about sharing knowledge and exchanging cultures. Your main mission will be to engage in relaxed conversation sessions with our students to help them improve their English fluency and confidence.
No teaching degree is required — just a friendly attitude, clear communication, and a genuine interest in connecting with others. Former or current educators are of course highly appreciated, but anyone with a kind heart and good energy is welcome 🌟
Our students are very curious and eager to learn, and they truly enjoy connecting with volunteers from all over the world. Whether you're a traveler on a gap year, looking for a meaningful break from your career, or seeking a fresh post-retirement experience, you'll find joy and depth in the cultural exchange we offer here in Casablanca.
👉 Volunteers help only 3 hours a day, 5 days a week — the rest of your time is yours to explore, relax, and enjoy the city! You will also receive 2 days off every week, and we’re quite flexible depending on your needs or special events.
We do prioritize volunteers who stay with us for more than two weeks, as it allows for deeper cultural immersion and meaningful student relationships.
As representatives of our school and cultural exchange program, we kindly ask our volunteers to respect the traditions of Morocco. This includes wearing clothing that is neat and modest (e.g., jeans are fine, but no shorts or revealing outfits). We value your presence, and we appreciate your openness to embracing our local customs.
We look forward to welcoming you to our community! 🌍✨Gesprochene Sprachen

Here, we don’t just host volunteers — we welcome them like family. We believe in sharing knowledge, culture, and unforgettable experiences in the heart of Casablanca.
🌟 What we offer our volunteers:
🥐 A rich Moroccan breakfast every day, with a variety of local and homemade items:
Honey, jam, chocolate spread, Moroccan cookies, butter, msemen (traditional Moroccan pancake), Moroccan toast, sugar, tea, Lipton, coffee, and aromatic herbs.
🍲 A traditional Moroccan dish once a week, prepared with care — it’s always a special moment to gather.
🏙️ A full guided tour of Casablanca, paid entirely by us, including the guide, transportation, and even a local meal during the day!
🗣️ Free Arabic language lessons — 3 hours per week, to help you connect with the local culture and people.
☕ Free coffee, tea, Lipton, and kitchen basics (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc.) always available in the apartment.
🎁 At the end of your stay, we offer a certificate of participation and a small gift as a warm memory of your time with us.
🎉 We occasionally organize a little farewell celebration to thank you for being part of our community.
🏠 Accommodation:
You’ll stay in a shared studio right in the city center, walking distance from the school and Casablanca’s main attractions (the Medina, Marché Central, cafés...).
The studio accommodates up to 4 volunteers, with:
Comfortable beds with pillows, clean sheets, and blankets
Closets for personal belongings
Hot water shower, fresh towels, soap and cleaning products
Clean and cozy space to rest and relax
🧹 The apartment is cleaned twice a week by our housekeeper, and we ask everyone to keep the place tidy in between.
🕒 Volunteer schedule:
⏰ Volunteers help for about 3 hours per day, 5 days a week.
🌴 You will have 2 full days off per week, and we are flexible during national or religious holidays.
❤️ Some volunteers love helping even more — we’re grateful, but it’s always up to you.
📅 Important Notes:
We host a maximum of 4 volunteers at once.
Your spot is confirmed once we receive your travel dates (screenshot of your flight, etc.).
Please try to arrive between 12:00 and 21:00, and avoid Saturday arrivals if possible, as it’s our busiest day.
If you’re looking for a warm, inspiring, and culturally rich experience, we welcome you with open arms.
Come live, learn, and laugh with us in Casablanca ❤️Was noch ...
During their free time, our volunteers are encouraged to explore and enjoy Casablanca — a city that truly has something for everyone 🕌🌊🎨
From the old Medina to the Corniche coast, from traditional Moroccan souks to modern shopping malls, Casablanca blends the old and the new with style and charm. Art lovers will appreciate the galleries and cultural centers, while beach lovers can unwind at the nearby Atlantic beaches or enjoy a coffee by the ocean. There are also plenty of cafés, bookshops, street art corners, and live music spots to discover!
🚋 Getting around the city is easy — Casablanca has a well-connected and affordable tram system, local buses, and plenty of petit taxis that can take you anywhere quickly. Volunteers can move freely and safely around the city, and we’re always happy to give recommendations based on your interests.
⛰️ For those staying longer, weekends are a great time to explore nearby destinations such as Rabat, El Jadida, Azemmour, or even the mountains and countryside around Casablanca. Many of our past volunteers have loved taking quick weekend trips to discover more of Morocco’s beauty.
But perhaps the most valuable part of your time here will be the friendships and connections you’ll build — not just with other volunteers, but with local students, Moroccan families, and people you'll meet during your day-to-day adventures.
We believe your experience with us should be enriching, fun, and unforgettable, both during and outside of your volunteering hours ✨Etwas mehr Information
