Help in the house
Helping with Tourists
For the most part the help would consist of two shift type, a morning shift and an evening shift.
The morning shift being more house work such as maintaining the facilities (bathroom, common areas, kitchen and guest rooms) laundry and bed making as well as hosting breakfast for the guests.
As for the evening shift, it would be a mixture of socializing and checking guest in, helping them out with there travelling questions and helping them figure our and find all the awesome spots around the east coast.
For our accommodations, we would have a loft area where helpers can relax as well as could enjoy a sun porch and small den. The loft can host up to 4-5 people at a time, as well as helpers would be entitled to all other hostel accommodations such as laundry facilities, breakfast as well as some kitchen essentials, FibreOP wi-fi and more.
For off time (which we try and have 2 days off consecutive depending on the hostel needs, there would be quite a few places to visit. Like all other maritime provinces public transportation to major tourist spots tend to be limited, there would be the option of renting a car or ride sharing.
Several good places to visit would be, Hopewell Rocks, the bay of Fundy, Cape enraged, the Bouctouche dunes as well as Le pays de la Saguine, Parlee beach in Shediac as well as the famous Giant lobster, Kouchibouguac National park and the Acadian Pininsula.
