Large garden and Vegetable garden and small vine yard....its all too much for one person! Also some renovation on a wood facade needs completing. I am retired but seem to be working far too much!

I am a uk national.. but there are plenty of local montenegrin people around and a multicultural dog. We make wine and rakija and cook here...very close to the town of budva which is becoming more multicultural every year...Lapcici is a quiet village on the mountain but there is use of an old car and buses.

Mostly simple gardening jobs. Also a general idea about how to work with wood could be useful. ..need to be handy with tools...I can provide guidance and advice and equipment. I don't want to be looking over people's shoulder all the time.

Very nice newly renovated apartment...warm and clean and well equipped...quiet...ground level with terrace bbq and garden
Two options..I can provide some meals but accommodation also has a full working kitchen so I can buy food so guests can cook for themselves..

Montenegro is a small and very beautiful country...easy to get around.lots to do and see.
