Our home is the place for people who love to take care of animals and tourists. We are Family owned Husky and horse farm in Finnish Lapland. Our Family is made of two people, about 100 energic and happy Alaskan huskies and 8 Original Finn horses
We live above arctic circle so our nature is all about arctic: Northern lights, polar night time in November - December, Snowy and sunny winter time when the sun is again up, quick summer with midnight sun and autumn with August with berries and mushrooms and with September with autumn colour etc.
Our main business is to show our guests and visitors all around the year the surrounding nature with our good friends horses and huskies. Husky safaris from Nov-Apr and horse back riding tours all year round. Our farm is located near Levi Skiing resort and Kittilä town. Levi is the biggest and most international resort in Finland and it is known as a great active and outdoor holiday destination. Kittilä airport makes the access here easy and there for 95 % of our customers are foreign tourists.

We expect our volunteers to be helpful and flexible in our sometimes difficult Arctic conditions, and really eager to participate in all types of work necessary.
The day starts with feeding the horses and dogs and getting them ready for our first guest to arrive.
Our dogs are lively and strong individuals that require confident handling. The work is physically demanding and can push you sometimes to your limit, especially by bad weather conditions. But if you learn to appreciate the eager of our dogs to run and do their job well, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing horses or dogs and guests coming back from their tour smiling and being happy.
We prefer a bit longer stay 1-2 months in our place so you can get to know also our animals.
We have rented a little cabin 2km from our farm. In the cabin can be 4 people at the same time. There is toilet, shower, sauna, mini kitchen, one bedroom and a loft.
