Our house is at central Tokyo so it's easy to access to all famous areas.
While our area is central Tokyo, it retains much of its traditional charm, so you can find much more interesting spots/things than normal tourist.

    Help

On weekdays, there are classes for three days (usually Monday, Thursday, and Friday). During school hours, we would like you to engage with the children, play with them, and make suggestions that can capture their interest (even if there is a language barrier, we are looking for someone who can think of ways to communicate). Additionally, take recorded photographs of each activity.

Help us with cleaning, laundry, and lunch preparation before the school. There is a little free time after school , and in the evening, we take in the laundry and prepare dinner.
On days when there is no school, there are still morning cleaning and laundry, as well as evening dinner preparation.

  • Accommodation

    Accommodation

You'll have a private japanese room at 2nd floor, share a living room, kitchen and bathroom with us.
And make sure to manage your belongings in your room. Do not leave your things in the living room or the bathroom.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

・NON-smoker ONLY, and we DO NOT accommodate a couple workawayers.
    ・We have 2 cats.
・We prefer people who can keep things organized.
・Housework is a routine task, so you do almost the same things every day. Instead of starting to work after being told each time, please think by yourself about what to do next.
・Since you will have opportunities to interact with children, we hope that you possess basic manners (basic Japanese manners). For example, not playing games on your phone during meals, not eating with your elbows on the table, and not making noise while eating are considered fundamental issues.
・And for example, when the whole family is cooperating to prepare the meal that you also will eat together, if you just sit on the sofa and do nothing ( or just play games on your phone ) until someone asks you, and you can only do what you are told.
This behavier will also have a negative impact on the education of our kid, so those types of people are not welcome.
・And we do not need a person who do not even know the minimum manners and rules of being human, such as being unable to apologize even if they break some our belongings.
( sorry saying these because we have a bad experience )

    Profile photo of Lin, Sobolo

    Lin, Sobolo (2 years)

The brown one is Sobolo and is female, the black one is Lin and is male.
We got them from a rescue center in January 2024.
At first, both of them were so scared and hid, so we couldn't communicate, but now Sobolo loves being caddles. Lin still doesn't allow human to touch him, but he has gotten much closer.
