    🇨🇦🇺🇸 Hello!
After an incredible Workaway experience in Japan back in 2019, I’m thrilled to be here again for a year! In the meantime, I moved to Canada, which has become my adopted home. I’ve never returned to France because I love traveling too much! Coming back to Japan was a dream of mine, especially because I wanted to buy a Keijidosha (Japanese mini car) and explore the country from end to end. Mission accomplished! Now, as I near the end of my one-year visa, I’m looking for a new Workaway opportunity outside of Tokyo.

My first Workaway was with Asuka-san, with whom I’ve stayed close friends—one of the many reasons I wanted to return to Japan. When I arrived this February, I dedicated myself to studying Japanese, taking four hours of classes every day for three months. My level is still basic, but it allowed me to navigate my road trip without relying on English.

    About me:
I’m passionate about art, especially illustration and hands-on activities. I’ve even taught graphic design and illustration in France. Recently, I published my first comic book with a Franco-Canadian author and became a tattoo artist in Montreal. During my last Workaway in Tokyo, I helped my host with graphic design requests, photography, and logo creation (you can see my work on my IG @artist.umi).

I’m no stranger to physical work! In Montreal, I often worked outdoors, so I’m very comfortable with hands-on and outdoor tasks. Additionally, since I have a car here in Japan, I’d love to explore the countryside and would be happy to use it to help out when needed.
Thank you so much for considering me as a Workaway guest! 😊

    🇫🇷 Bonjour !
