We are now sorted for the season but will be ready to host workaways again by Easter 2018.
We run a guesthouse in the highlands of Scotland. A luxurious retreat of original character set in the magical Glens of West Argyll. Situated on the scenic shores of Loch Awe.
We always work with two workaways during the summer . Hopefully you won't mind sharing a room together?
We are situated in a sleepy village and is very isolated offering very poor public transport. There are certainly no disco or nightclubs here. However our workaways never seem to get bored and still manage to get around the area on their days and afternoons off.
The chores would consist mainly of helping with breakfast, serving the food, clearing the dishes and then cleaning up. Once the guests leave their rooms the beds can be made up or stripped depending on whether they are staying on or leaving that day. Housekeeping is the main workload and I am quite fastidious in cleanliness.
Apart from all the household chores we have a large but very friendly Spinone who loves nothing more than being walked. So I hope you are an animal lover?
We also have a large garden and gardening is always on the agenda. Help in this department is never refused.
I always like to skype too so that we are able to see each other before arrival and would like a couple of references from previous employees, teachers or someone professional who has known you for at least two years .
Must be conscientious and trustworthy.

We would like help in our guest house. Light building, helping with our guests and with the guest house in general. Some gardening would be great too. We have a large Spinone who needs regular walks.
