    Description

FYI: We are currently looking for 1 or 2 workawayers who can come ASAP (next couple of days).
We are not yet looking for workwayers who want to come in the summer or later than that.

Our farm is close to Oslo (45 min) and Gardemoen (20 min). If you are two people who want to help us make the farm an interesting place to visit, we will give you free accommodation, food, and bikes to get around. If you are comfortable coming by yourself then that's also fine.

Our farm is situated in beautiful surroundings close to the river Vorma. We do traditional farming, foresting, and also green tourism. We have a cultural house (restored barn) where we organize events and weddings. We have a few pets on the farm that need food and attention: a cat, sheep, alpacas, Shetland ponies, mini-pigs (in the summer), and hens.

We also have three beautiful mirrored glass cabins, 2 domes, and a shepherd's hut that we rent out to tourists. You will be given the possibility to help both on the farm and with Erle and Jeremy if you like (see @wonderinn_norway). Either way, most of the tasks are outside (in the winter and in the summer). We do have local paid employees that take care of the paid jobs (cleaning and taking care of guests) but there will be a payment to cover food expenses and if applicable for extra work/projects that are related to the business. Workawayers will also get free accommodation (you will have your own room).

We have a lot to do outside the farm so we won't always be there. We prefer to receive two handy and proactive people (friends/couple/guy and girl preferably) who could stay for longer periods (several months if it works out). You will need to like to be alone and experience the neighborhood on your own. If you love to see more than the countryside, Oslo is just 1 hour away by bus, or maybe you want to hire a car for the period. If you love to fish you will find Huser an Eldorado.
