    Description

Hi, we are Marc and Bev! We recently moved to France and live on the outskirts of a small quiet village with fantastic views to the Pyrenees and surrounding countryside just 5km from Limoux. We like to have company and enjoy our time out, we both like motorbiking (weather permitting) we like to go for the odd picnic here and there and explore a bit and of course, we enjoy our food and a glass of wine!
If you think this is your scene and would like to come and get involved in our quest, we will be happy to hear from you.

We are easy going and very flexible with our plans which are to update the property a little and deal with repairs etc and also to clear/organise the surrounding area and if possible, create a 'garden' of some kind.

We are open to suggestions on the work needed, we work well together and also with others, we appreciate extra help and input and take nothing for granted.

The bustling town of Limoux with restaurants, shops, supermarkets, trains etc only 5km away by local bus or lift from the village or us. Limoux boasts the longest carnival in Europe (from Jan to March) and is only half an hour from Carcassonne airport and the impressive medieval City. The area is great for cycling, motorbiking, canoeing and rambling but best of all, is seriously known for its good wine! There is a train and bus service throughout the Aude which costs 1€ each way!
There is plenty to see and plenty to do or if you prefer the quiet life then there is always the hammock or the movie room (den) available.
