This is an ecological community, a school to learn how to live and a chamanic Ashram, an opportunity to experiment the community life inspired by the ancient wisdoms. It was found on September 20 of 1990 by an ecological quechuan leader and author. He wrote more than sixty-seven books and imparted conferences in more than 1300 cities within the five continents.
Here an intense educational activity is being realised, therapeutically and culturally and with the objective of creating a critical attitude and an ecological conscience. When the leader is not traveling, he gives conferences about ancient wisdoms and about the sumak kawsay, "good life or living in fulfillment", in which the volunteers may participate if they wish. He doesn't live in the community, he comes to visit one or twice a week to give conferences.
We don't receive any financial help from any institution it maintains itself partially by its educational activities and it is financed by its founder - benefactor who bought, designed and constructed the totality of the installations. We are not a religious institution, nor do we have any affiliation with any religion, we don't have dogmas, we are not a spiritual group either, everyone is free to believe whatever he/she decides to. Our philosophy of life is based on the ancient indigenous wisdoms; we live without private property and in an ecological and free way, since the life in community is a reflection of this.
For us, living in community doesn't mean that we do everything together, nor being with other people all the time; we are a multiple team in the hours of service, where the individuals can be alone, two by two or in a group, based on the common need. The free time can be spent by the whole group or by people who want to do the same. Living in community doesn't mean being together all the time, it's about exploring relations in a free way and paying attention to the affinity of shared interests. We don't support nor allow the consumption of tobacco, cannabis, alcohol or any other psychoactive substance.
Our principles are based on reinstalling the sacred relations with Pachamama, achieving a balance in the ecosystem via healthy and organic alimentation, meditation, reflection and observation of ourselves, in other words, via the precaution and respect for nature, which you are part of as well.
We are located in Marquina, Cochabamba, Bolivia, between the thermals of Liriuni and the mountain of Tunari. It’s about an architectural complex constituted by various ecological round houses, where the multicultural symbology of diverse people of the continent and the ecology brought to praxis, in form of organic cultivations and the use of solar energy, is abounded.

we have a lot of things to do every day. We like to improve ourselves every day and beautify our environment, just like beautifying our lives. Therefore, we hope for responsible people, who are engaged and mature. People, who are not only looking for a bed to sleep, but who also want to share and get to know another culture and ideology, people who value and respect the visited places and people who see an experience and an opportunity to learn something in every place. Every volunteer should respect our rules and our way of life. When being with other people, this includes taking care of oneself, of one’s personal objects and waste products that are generated. All of us can make your stay comfortable and it will turn out as a great experience of live.
