HOUSE SITTING
Viviana is my name. I am from Rome, painter and engaged in social work overseas. I have been living most of my life in Africa, middle East and Far East. I am very interested in other cultures and I have a multicultural background in my studies and work. My home, since a very long time, my nest, where I always go back, is in Monte Castello di Vibio, Umbria.
This time I need a house sitter, better if two.

I need HOUSE SITTING and I would like the house sitters to mantain the garden ( cutting the grass, keeping in order, if possible prooning trees and 5 plants of grape fruit. The house sitters can develop their own vegetable garden. The house sitters should also keep clean the house snd csre sbout few things concerning the house ( ants in summer,...and so on). I can send more precise informations.

Accommodation
the house sitters will stay in a cosy 110 square meter independent part of the house , very private; quite atmosphere beautiful view on the Umbrian valley. The house is located 700 meters from the small town, Monte Castello di Vibio where there are post office, shops, bar, restorant , bank, international art schooll, ceramic workshops and the smallest theatre of the world.
What else ...
The village that is located 700 meters from the house offers music and cultural events and evening entertainment. In the proximity there is the Parco naturale del Tevere and natural, wild parks good for tracking. About transport there is a train and regional bus station at 8 Km from the house and local buses at 300 meters from the house. The location is in the beautiful wild park of Monte Peglia.
