Hi I'm Marty :) Im an earthling from Australia.

Im curious, multi-skilled an interested in everything. Electronic music has played a significant role in my life. Events like BurningMan, Boom, Solar Eclipse festivals and countless other similar events have shaped my perception of human potential and the role id like to play in the world. Having had countless amazing, ecstatic and transformative experiences in festival environments, I've landed in the humble realisation that the most effective and sustainable way to feel good is to help others. Seeing others smile is the best thing in the world :)(:

Yoga and meditation have become an important and non-negotiable part of my life in recent years. I practice yoga most days and I'm intent on doing a yoga teacher training in 2024. I've sat multiple 10 day silent mediation retreats and although my practice in inconsistent, I deeply value a meditative practice. These modality's serve as a beautiful counterbalance to other more intense aspects of my life.

I live a busy life back home in Australia. Im a carpenter Monday - Friday and the construction game is demanding and exhausting. In my spare time I build/make/fix things. I DJ on the side and operate a coffee cart making espresso at events and festivals.

Im interested in art & music, psychology, wellness, tattoo culture and psychedelics/plant medicine.

It doesn't take much to make my happy. Good company, a nice view, a cool breeze on a hot day or heaving house&techno on a massive rig.. its all good :)

Im excited to open my mind, my heart and my self to the world and see where this human experience takes me.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Im I very capable human being with a broad skillset.

Im a carpenter and have a broad capacity across all aspects of construction.

I've got experience landscaping, gardening and a have experience building aircrete domes. Im interested in gaining more experience using eco-building methods, building more domes and non-conventional approaches to construction.

Ive got a black belt in hospitality and have worked in many different roles in the industry. Im a very experienced Barista, barman, kitchen hand and all-round hospo Jedi.

Im calm and gregarious by nature and Im very comfortable communicating with new people. Kids and animals seem to like me immediately.

I'm a festival person and DJ at events and festivals from time to time. I enjoy being involved in all aspects of event management. Building, operations and DJing to name a few.

Im a qualified mechanic and while I haven't worked in the automotive industry more many years, Im still confident and capable servicing vehicles and small engined industrial equipment.

Im very interested in yoga, meditation and plant medicine and would like to gain experience introducing, helping and facilitating these types of experiences for others.

I recently started a podcast series and a YouTube channel so video editing has become a hobby of mine. I have a modest suite of recording equipment and Im enjoying learning and improving my capacity to record and edit content.

I do all sorts of things and I learn quickly.

I love smiles, laughing, jokes and standup comedy! Humour is a prominent aspect of my personality. I makes jokes about EVERYTHING. Im very sensitive to peoples moods and feelings and never intentionally try to offend people, but I enjoy gently pushing the boundaries of what considered acceptable.

Im eager to break out of the monotony and momentum of my working life back home. Ive recently come to the realisation that Im in the perfect position to drop everything and go. Just pack a bag and go see the world. Im single, healthy and happy and I don't really mind what happens. I've done some amazing things in my life and I've had some spectacular experiences but I don't consider myself to be "well traveled".. I don't want an ordinary life. I want to do cool shit and expand the network of amazing humans that I call friends.
