Description
Hello dear hosts and fellow workawayers!
My name is Zoé and I am currently living in my home country (Luxembourg), where I am doing an internship at Greenpeace. I am planning to spend some months in Ireland and Scotland next year in the spring and summer.
A little bit more about myself: I lived in Amsterdam for the last four years, where I did a Bachelor in Political Science. Here, I became very passionate about environmental conservation and nature in general.
I am a very social person, giving a lot of time and attention to my loved ones but also always eager to meet new people and hear new stories.
In my free time, I really like to be out in nature, read, practice yoga, crochet, listen to podcasts and do other little artistic hobbies.
I am very much looking forward to meet you!:)

More details about your skills
I have volunteered for a lot of charities throughout the past years. Here, I mostly worked with refugees. This has given me great affinity to work with vulnerable people and to engage with them empathically. I've also worked in hospitality throughout my entire student life and I have been a tour guide of Amsterdam for the last two years. This experience gave me the necessary skills to provide great service in hostels, hotels, cafés and restaurants. Besides, I speak five languages (Italian, French, German, English and Luxembourgish), which is always useful when working with tourists. I am also always eager to learn new skills! Furthermore, I am a certified Yoga teacher. I am always happy to share my knowledge and give free glasses:)
At the moment I am especially keen to develop rural skills, such as learning about permaculture and gardening.

Feedback
I got to see a lot of the south of France, because they had a car that I was allowed to use.
The whole family was very nice and we had dinner together every day.
Overall I am happy that I did it!
