Description

Currently backpacking across Europe. Would love to try working with animals, have a friend who worked on a farm in Sweden for 3 months and hearing his experience really made me want to try doing it as well. A woodworking apprentice in Singapore, I am keen on learning anything from carpentry to fixing toilets! Main goal of this trip is to travel to new places. This being my first time in Europe, I am looking forward to meeting new people of different backgrounds and experiencing new cultures.

I am open to trying new things and helping out wherever I can.

Why Workaway. Hoping to find new perspectives and learning about different people's life experiences. Growing up in a city like Singapore with its safety and good infrastructure, it is east to take things for granted. I hope travelling to new places and experiencing a different culture will help me become a better person.

Had an apprenticeship with a furniture maker back in Singapore. Able to work with basic power tools. Might be of help with basic carpentry as well. Had a small collection of houseplants at home with several species of pothos and monsteras. I know a little bit about propagating and general maintenance of plants which may come in handy.
