Description
I'm Mila (26), from Hungary. After finishing my bachelor 3 years ago, I took a year off to travel, which turned into two years... I spent a truly wonderful time workawaying, meeting amazing and inspiring people, hiking, hitchhiking and sleeping under the stars. It was a truly formative experience that fundamentally changed my perspective on the world and my purpose in it. This time has taught me so much, but also made me realise how much more there is still to learn.

For the past 2.5 years, I have been studying and working in Helsinki, Finland, but my longing for wandering and a simpler life took over, so I got a year-long working holiday visa and bought a one-way ticket to New Zealand to explore this magical land I have been dreaming of for so long!

I'm an open-minded, curious and respectful person, always happy to meet new people, share our experiences and see different ways of life lived well. I love climbing, hiking, camping in the wild.... basically every outdoor activity that will give me a chance to be in nature. My other passions are painting and dabbling in other kinds of arts and crafts.

From last years work saying I have a fair bit of experience with gardening and farming, in particular on small-scale, organic and often permaculture farms, with a focus on growing food in a sustainable way that respects Mother Nature. I have done a lot of general farm maintenance and can get by with
I have worked with various kinds of animals, such as chicken, sheep, donkey, goats and ducks.

I can cook and I can keep your house really nice and clean.
I'm quite handy, I can sew, knit and paint and I did hundreds of DIY projects in my life, so I'm fairly good at crafting.
I'm a creative person and I learn quickly, so I believe I can be useful for many kinds of projects.

Mila stayed with us for 2 weeks in January 25, and it was such a pleasure to have her here.

I fell ill with the flu during that time and i honestly don't know what we would have done without her.
