Hi,
My name is Sophie! I’m 24.
I never got to travel much as a child but have been granted the luxury of doing so in this decade of my life.
I love connecting with new places and people on a level deeper than simply being a tourist. I am motivated by the small pleasures of life and adore greenery, fresh foods, animals, and meeting people different from me.
My biggest interests are cooking, jewelry making, hand sewing, gardening and hiking!! I can’t wait to learn new skills and bring my own to a Workaway stay.

I have light experience in gardening and plant caretaking and I am very comfortable around animals. I would consider myself a good home cook as well as being very clean and organized. I am creative and can work with a variety of art mediums. I have experience in child care as well as hospitality and merchandising. But most of all I think my biggest strength is my curiosity and willingness to learn new things every single day regardless of an uncomfortable environment. I am openminded to all kinds of cultures, food, religions, and lifestyles. I would love to bring my skills to a Workaway experience and hopefully leaving with new ones!
