Hello! 안녕하세요!
I’m a minjae kang from south korea.

I’m university student but now traveling for one year from india. I joined Workaway because I want to experience real local life and meet people from different cultures. I worked and volunteered 2times before, but not through Workaway. One is in india and another one is turkey. one was helping vedanta ashram and one was taking care of disabled children in facility for them. I just visit those places and ask them to work. Those were very good memory and I could learn something, so I joined this program.
In korea as well, I used to volunteer for blind people.
because one of my goal is, when I get very old, I wish I could tell many stories and what I learned from life to young child.

I really love movies. I make films and documentaries, and I also have acting experience. It’s my hobbies, but who knows, could be my job later. I enjoy listening to people’s stories and sharing them through videos.

I've had many jobs, such as teaching kids, movie and documantary producer, actor, hostel manager, bartender, work at cinema, etc. I can't say I'm professional with everything, but I can say I did happily and went well.

I am excited to learn, help, and share good experiences with my hosts.

I made documentary about russians in korea, i learned some russian. and through this travel, was in russian speaking countries for 6 months. i can guess haha.. and turkish too.

I can do video production and editing, I did many workshop for produce of videos, like acting, pre-production, editing, music, screenplay etc.
and I’m also capable of taking care of children. I’ve worked part-time as a babysitter before, and I also have nieces and nephews—those kids have taught me a lot. Haha. I enjoy exercising as well, so I can teach people proper posture and workout techniques, and I can also provide nutritional guidance.
also I worked at bar as bartender, I can make cocktails.
