Description
Hi, I’m Orsi, I’m 31 yo and just freshly joined workaway to gain some different kind of travel experiences. I was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, currently still living here mainly because of my studies (psychology). I took off this semester tho to be able to take a breath, reposition myself, reinvent myself, find balance and happiness and feel like my authentic self again. It would make me very happy to share this journey with open minded, wise, kind, interesting people, to be able to help a family or community with their chores, cook together, laugh together, make art and have conversations that fill up your heart with love.
Things I’m passionate about:
- animals, animal rights
- mental health
- human rights
- art
- sustainability
Hobbies:
- cooking
- writing
- playing the sax
- painting
Important to know about me:
- I am a smoker (I’m a hungarian afterall hahahah), and I’m sorry about that in advance, but if you direct me to a dedicated spot where I can smoke and don’t bother you or others, I think it’s really not gonna be a problem. :)
- I have ADHD, therefore I sometimes struggle with things that come with a neurospicy brain. As all people tho who were punished all their lives for functioning differently, I also developed multiples tactiques to compensate, I triple check everything, I am as considerate of everyone’s well being as possible, etc. I really appreciate clear and kind communication since that gives me more precise instructions on how to cooperate best.
I’m also happy to learn the local language, learn new skills of almost any sort, and of course share my knowledge on things as well. :) -
