My profile is quite eclectic, and I've had a variety of jobs before heading into Youth work and counselling. I currently work with families in a community-based program. I love meeting new people and getting to know how they live their lives.

I'm a native French speaker, but fluent in English as I've always attended school in English.

I love plants, and my dream would be to grow my own garden. Although at the moment I live in an apartment, it is filled with plants and I have trouble not buying more !!!
I'm also a rock climber and trail runner and love being active outdoors. I love hiking and camping outdoors. I've participated in many weeklong whitewater canoeing (with a group of people) expeditions in isolated areas, living solely on food and equipment we had brought.

Here are some of the jobs i've held since i've started working:- server and bartender for events, weddings and caterers. I've also been in the kitchen for a breakfast place and a few caterers. I do love cooking regularly at home and love trying out new recipes.- runner for events, movie sets and festivals (odd jobs, transporting material, organizing logistics for various activities).- photographer for about 10 years in Montreal (I don't do that anymore) and have done quite a bit of graphic design in the past.- farm work (flower, vegetable and garlic crops), helped with planting, harvesting and drying at local farms and for friends.- I've briefly worked for a student painting company during one summer a long time ago. I love helping my friends move and doing painting as well.
I love working outside and spending the day doing physical work.

I'm currently on a 6-month sabbatical that ends in August and I'm looking to spend some time in nature before starting work again.
