Hello fellow travelers,

I’m Sarah from Amsterdam; a dreamer and a thinker, which is probably why I studied film and anthropology. I’ve made several documentaries in the West-Asian and North-Africa Region and feel deeply connected to the it, especially Palestine.

I love traveling, learning languages, and working with people from different backgrounds. Music is also a big part of my life: I sometimes travel with my violin and have played with various orchestras. My taste goes from Arab classics to Mahler.

I’m curious, open-minded, and always happy to connect, share stories, and learn from one another.

We had very good experiences with Sarah in petra had petra . She spent almost one weeks with us in Petra. We have sheep and goats—one day she worked with the goats, and another day with the sheep. She was a great help to us.

This Workaway experience was so inspirational and insightful. The location of the farm is first of all great. Very quiet place, but also just a little walk to the centre. I had a great experience at the project of Abdo. I stayed there with other volunteers, Abdo, his brother Said and their cousin. There is a lot of freedom in what you can do and want to do. The place is amazingly beautiful. I couldn't have a better first experience with Workaway. They are really nice and you will feel at home.
