Hi! I'm Rosa from Germany.

Curiosity has probably always been one of my biggest strengths. Exploring new places, meeting people with different backgrounds, and discovering different ways of living is exactly what inspired me to start this journey. For me, traveling isn't just about seeing beautiful places—it's about growing through new experiences and becoming part of everyday life in different communities.

With a bachelor in social pedagogics and management, several years of experience in childcare, working with disabled adults, and time spent working in hospitality, I'm used to being adaptable, responsible, and working closely with people. I genuinely enjoy helping out wherever I'm needed. Whether it's gardening, cooking, organizing, creative projects, or learning completely new skills, I'm happiest when I can contribute. I don't need to know everything in advance—I learn quickly, enjoy new challenges, and like finding practical solutions.

Life feels best with a balance of connection and quiet. I love meaningful conversations and shared meals just as much as peaceful moments in nature, hiking, or spending time being creative. My interests are quite diverse and include art, personal growth, spirituality, and sustainable ways of living, so I'm always excited to exchange ideas and learn from others.

What I'm hoping to find through Workaway is much more than accommodation. I'd love to experience different cultures from the inside, improve my language skills, learn more about community living, and create genuine connections with the people I meet along the way.

My background in social work, childcare, and hospitality has given me strong organizational skills and taught me to work well with people in many different situations.

I especially enjoy practical work. Taking care of plants and gardens, organizing rooms, and supporting or starting creative projects comes naturally to me. I'm a creative and hands-on person who enjoys improving both indoor and outdoor spaces, and I'm always happy to take on new tasks and challenges.

I’m a person who finds joy in the little details of everyday life. I love creating small rituals, taking care of myself, and appreciating moments of calm and connection. Nature is a big source of inspiration for me, and I enjoy spending time outdoors, noticing the little things, and feeling connected to my surroundings.

During my travels, I’m not looking to just pass through places quickly. I would love to stay longer, become part of a community, and truly get to know the people, culture, and way of life around me. I’m also excited to start writing a lot along the way.
