Description

I’m Puk Bijnen, also known as Pooki. A creative all-rounder at home in film, art and music. My life is a journey through creativity, focused on discovering and shaping my own path while capturing the world around me in ways that often step just outside the ordinary.

For me, creativity is a way of life. Whether it’s playing a guitar, capturing surreal art or images with a camera, or flying a drone through nature and around striking architecture, it’s all about finding beauty in unexpected places. I seek the extraordinary in the ordinary, the surreal in the everyday.

Travel has taught me a lot. With minimal resources, I’ve learned how to get the most out of life. These life lessons have shaped me, as did the experience of a physical limitation after years of traveling. This became my motivation to capture the remarkable. My drone is now my eyes in the sky, allowing me to explore the world from new perspectives. Whether soaring over rugged landscapes or gliding among houses that seem to have a personality of their own.

While I once thought filmmaking and visuals were meant for others, I discovered that directing and creating images perfectly suits me. It feels like building my own universe, something I also bring to life in the surreal edits I incorporate into my work. These edits aren’t distortions of reality but extensions of it, a way to show the world as I see it.

I'm open to learn any new skill. I would LOVE to work with animals. Also I want to expand my portfolio more into farm life and capturing animals & all the natural surroundings.

I’m a filmmaker, drone flyer, skilled in painting, drawing and home interior. Capturing surreal perspectives through art and visuals. Music, especially composing, deepens my creative expression, while my experience in hospitality and as a barista reflects my knack for crafting meaningful connections and experiences. I'm also a big animal lover and can take good care of them as well.
