Hi there! I'm Pablo — an explorer at heart, originally from Argentina with Italian (EU) citizenship and currently based in Portugal, ready to travel immediately for the right opportunity. I’m open to projects that inspire me in Europe.

I’m a curious soul, passionate about learning, connecting with people, and living experiences that help me grow from the inside out.

I find happiness in the simple things: sharing mate in nature, helping out in creative projects, and working as a team with good energy. I'm someone who brings calm presence, strong work ethic, and a sense of joy to everything I do — whether it's cooking, cleaning, organizing, or just being present with others.

After many years running a family business and working in logistics, communication and hospitality, I’ve decided to take a new direction — one that's more aligned with freedom, real connection, and meaningful contribution. That’s why Workaway feels like the right path: it’s a way to travel with purpose, give something valuable, and learn from every person and place.

What motivates me most is growth — inner and outer. I love helping others, supporting community living, and creating beautiful, functional spaces where people feel at ease. I’m deeply committed when I join a project and I always show up with an open heart and full hands.

I bring a wide range of hands-on and professional skills that I’ve developed over the last 20+ years, both as a team leader in a large family business and as a volunteer in different community projects.

Cooking & kitchen work – I’ve led a kitchen that served over 1,500 meals a day in Argentina, and I’ve cooked in retreat centers and hostels across Europe.

Team coordination & logistics – I’m great at organizing tasks and keeping things flowing, especially in shared spaces.

Creative communication – I’m a professional graphic designer and copywriter, with skills in branding, photography and writing.

Gardening & hands-on work – I like working with my hands, learning new tools, and spending time outdoors.

Cleaning & housekeeping – I’m methodical and efficient. I enjoy working in clean, beautiful spaces.

Emotional intelligence – I’m good with people. I bring calm, presence and clarity to group dynamics.
