  • Description

Hello! I'm Odile, 26 years old, from the south of France. I'm a calm but I love to laugh, deeply empathetic person, and I love spending time in contemplation. I love learning new things and new skills, and I pick them up quickly.
I studied economics and psychology, but these days I feel drawn back toward nature, and I'm especially interested in ecological ways of living. I dream of one day having my own chicken coop and vegetable garden, and of living a zero-waste, low-impact lifestyle with responsible consumption.
I have a professional background in behavioral science (science of people’s behaviour and how to encourage them to act better for their health, for society and for the environment), and I spent the last few years working on environmental projects (sustainable consumption, waste sorting, energy sobriety).
Animals have always been part of my life : I grew up watching my father raise chickens and ducks, along with cats, tortoises, and other animals over the years. I love observing them.
I currently live in Paris with my boyfriend, and we had the chance to travel together. We met during our year-long Erasmus exchange in Prague, Czech Republic. This was year I loved for the cultural exchanges, the incredibly kind and inspiring people I met, and all the beautiful places I got to explore. But what I miss most from that time is the feeling of having built a daily life and routine in a country that wasn't my own : it's an incredibly empowering feeling.
I speak French and English, and I'd love to become fluent in Spanish and Italian one day.
I love listening to people share their stories, their anecdotes, and their way of seeing the world. I learn so much from others that way.
In my free time, I enjoy swimming, walking in nature, dancing salsa and bachata, getting into yoga, and learning to crochet. I'm very sensitive to nature, beautiful landscapes and light move me deeply.

  • More details about your skills

Professionally, I have a background in quantitative behavioral science. I worked on environmental projects focused on sustainable consumption, waste sorting, and energy sobriety. So I bring a genuine, practical understanding of ecological issues, not just a personal interest.
On the hands-on side, I recently volunteered on an urban farm, where I got my first real experience with gardening tasks and working outdoors as part of a small team. I know I'm still a beginner when it comes to agriculture and farm techniques specifically, but I'm a fast learner, very attentive to instructions, and comfortable asking questions when I don't understand something.
More generally, I'm reliable, organized, and take my responsibilities seriously.
