Hello !

My name is Noor, I’m 20 years old, and I grew up in Paris (France). I’m currently studying in an engineering school in Lille, a city 200 km north of Paris.

Maybe you ask yourselves where my first name comes from! My father is from the Netherlands, and my mother from France, so I have both nationalities :) This dual culture has always pushed me to discover new cultures, and I would be glad to share mine. I consider that sharing daily life with local people is the most authentic way to discover a culture.

I’m easy-going, smiling, adaptable, motivated, dynamic, curious, adventurous, hard-working and very organized. I am a social person and a genuine team player. I love taking care of children : I have a lot of cousins.

I am planning to go on a long trip (of about 4 months) to Canada, more precisely in British Columbia, and I would love to reconnect with nature during this adventure. I love nature and feel actually very concerned with global warming issues, and I would like to dedicate my free time to do something useful for the planet. I’m ready to learn about new respectful practices like permaculture, organic cultures, eco-living, durable building, …

Regarding my hobbies, I am passionate about sports: I practice running regularly and I love cycling and hiking in the mountains :) I also love music : I play piano and guitar.
I also enjoy painting, cooking, embroidery, reading, playing board games, …
I would be glad to experience new activities such as meditation and yoga.
