Description

After finishing my studies, I felt that this was the right moment in my life to finally follow a long-time dream of mine to live in Japan for a longer period of time. I didn’t want to just visit as a tourist, but to experience everyday life, get to know local routines, and learn the language. That’s why I decided to start my Working Holiday in Japan in January 2026.
I really enjoy meeting new people and connecting in a genuine way. I like sharing experiences, learning from others, and understanding different ways of living. For me, these kinds of connections are what make traveling and living meaningful.
What makes me happy is being part of something shared. I enjoy helping out, learning new things, and contributing where I can, whether that’s through practical work, daily routines, or simply being supportive. I appreciate a simple lifestyle, time spent outdoors, and shared meals and conversations.
I’m currently learning Japanese and feel happiest when I can practice it in real situations, even in small ways. I value kindness, and open communication, and I try to bring a positive, respectful and definitely fun attitude wherever I go.
For me, Workaway is about exchanging experiences, supporting each other, and creating small moments that feel genuine.

I’m a reliable and adaptable person with experience supporting daily routines and helping wherever needed. I enjoy hands-on tasks and learning new skills myself through practice and new experiences.
I especially have a lot of experience with childcare through my four nieces and nephews, aged between 2 and 9. I help out regularly and truly enjoy spending time with children — especially playing outdoors, being creative, doing small activities, and supporting daily routines. I’m patient, attentive, and comfortable in family environments.
I enjoy cooking and like preparing dishes from different countries. I’m happy to help with meal preparation, household tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and laundry, and contributing to daily life in a practical way.
I’m comfortable with physical and hands-on work, both indoors and outdoors, and I adapt easily to new tasks and environments. Even if I haven’t done something before, I’m motivated to learn, follow instructions, and improve quickly.
I speak English and German fluently and would be happy to help with language practice or teaching in exchange while I continue learning Japanese. I communicate openly, respect routines and boundaries, and always try to bring a positive, helpful attitude.
