Hi there!
I’m Mette, 19 years old and just graduated from high school in Germany with a focus on agricultur.
I’m traveling through Australia between august and december, and I am looking to spend time on farms to gain hands-on experience and improve my English skills.

I grew up on a farm and I am very familiar with outdoor work and caring for animals. At home, we have several animals, including two horses, so I’m used to responsibility, physical work, and being part of a team. I’m a reliable, conscientious, responsible, and highly motivated person who enjoys learning and taking on new challenges.

I’m really looking forward to the work ahead and to gaining valuable experience during my time in Australia.

I have a variety of practical skills that I bring with me. Growing up on a farm, I’m experienced in handling and caring for animals – especially horses – and I’m used to doing stable work and outdoor tasks. I’m also familiar with general farm work and enjoy gardening and physical activity.

In addition, I have experience with childcare and basic cooking. I currently work at a gas station, where I’ve gained valuable experience in customer service. This has taught me how important it is to be friendly, reliable, and communicative in any situation.

I also hold the following driving licenses:
• Class B (standard car license)
• Class BE (car with trailer)
• Class T (tractors and agricultural machinery)
